Take a welding wire with a diameter of less than 3.2mm, use small to medium current in the drilled hole of the broken screw, and carry out overlay welding from the inside to the outside. The gradual position of the overlay welding can be half of the entire length of the broken screw. When gradually building up the welding, the arc should not be too long to avoid burning through the surface of the broken screw. After welding to the upper end face of the broken screw, weld again to create a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16mm and a height of 8-10mm.

After the surfacing is completed, hit the end face with a hammer to cause the broken screw to vibrate along its radial direction. Because of the heat and subsequent cooling caused by the previous arc, coupled with the current vibration, the broken screw will loosen from the external thread of the human body.

Observe carefully. When you find that a small amount of rust leaks out from the fracture after beating, you can take the M18 nut sleeve, put it on the top of the surfacing column and weld the two together.

After welding, use a plum blossom wrench while it is slightly cold and hot, and rock it up and down on the nut. You can also use a small hand and foot hammer to tap the end face of the nut while rocking it back and forth, so that the broken screw can be removed.

After removing the broken screw, use a suitable wire hammer to process the wire opening in the frame to remove rust and other dirt in the hole.
